Christ told us that the most important thing in the life of a believer is to "love God" and to "love people." 

• Loving God translates out in our lives by seeking God first in everything, believing that God is more than able to supply every one of our needs. 
• Loving people translates out into how we reach out to our families, friends and those in community without being judgmental, arrogant or condemning--just as God has done for us.
• Just as Jesus Christ demonstrated His love for mankind by coming from heaven and freely giving up his life for us, we are to give our lives to everyone around us--at home and in community.

Buildings, programs, large attendance, budgets and the like will never be our primary focus.  We are foremost a family of believers who humbly love each other, love our community, and love God.

To call ourselves Christian means that our belief in Christ is reflected in how we endeavor daily to become more and more like Christ.  We are completely dependent on the love and grace that God shows toward us in forgiving and receiving us as His own.  Such great love and grace deserves our committment to strive to live pure and holy lives--free from the excesses and immoralities so prevalent in our culture today.  We believe that the Holy Bible gives us clear definitions and specific guidance on how we are to live.
